AIM Wins Supplier Award
AIM Qld & NT won the Business Support Services Category of the Energex Quality Supplier Awards for 2010.
Now in its twentieth year, the awards recognise excellence in the provision of services to Energex.
Nominations are received from within the Energex business, an affirmation in its own right as employees must be motivated to nominate a supplier. Nominations are then closely considered by an assessing panel from different business units.
AIM Senior Consultant, Corporate Learning and Development Ray Joyce and Manager, AIMQ Online Clay Specht AIMM were on hand to receive the award from Energex CEO Terry Effeney at a special ceremony in April.
Energex is committed to investing in their people to develop professional and personal skills, and fundamental leadership and business acumen capabilities. Such development inspires employees to achieve in their roles and creates capacity to meet organisational challenges and opportunities that lay ahead.
AIM staff worked closely with Energex to create a seamless procedure to book into the AIM public training program. AIM's willingness to go the extra mile was noted in the Award ceremony.
